襯托成個觀感,味道有d果甜感覺,
配埋底部有一個荷花葉既餅皮,有陣陣薄荷味,
口感好獨特,有少少脆口,幾清新!蝦肉夠大隻,
經輕輕燒過,聞到有少少焦香,肉質鮮嫩又爽口,
又唔會好dry,唔錯!

👉呢排食我太多肉啦,想清清地,
嗌左個Salad衝擊下味蕾!主要係由羽衣甘藍、
蘆荀、做配搭,同其他沙律有少少唔同在於呢間餐廳
係用yogurt去代替一般食開既醋汁/沙律醬,
口感會更加細滑,相對地甜得黎無咁"漏"、
另外再配埋穀物好似Granola、Quinoa去做返層次感,
等你之撈埋一齊食有種crumbly既口感,
最後加埋新鮮水果,例如係無花果、大量莓類、
相當Fresh ! 好多創新元素加埋一齊!食得過!

📌 Black Truffle Pasta - $168 
👉睇得出廚師既擺盤有悉心設計過,
將扁意粉同埋西蘭花乾粉同埋黑松露
粉末好似摩西將紅海分開兩邊咁,扁意粉既份量適中,
加左好多菇類提昇成個香味,再平鋪係扁意粉之上,
相當搶眼,Staff會建議食之前將所有配料同扁意粉
一次過撈勻,目的係要平均沾上香味同色水,
意粉煮到岩岩好,軟硬適中,有彈性又夠煙韌!
而個Sauce亦都係真正松露油,真係香到不得了,
但又唔會好油膩,再混合埋黑松露粉末,
成個層次更加明顯!呢個一定要試!
