To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 飲食業寒冬,星期日Family Day 同兩老飲茶實在已經冇咩地方好選擇,難得中環大會堂美心皇宮多年來仍屹立不倒,重點景靚、坐得舒服、氣氛好,而且仲保留了香港特色點心車、煎腸粉、煎糕檔,以及多款懷舊點心可以選擇,呢個星期再次Encore。出發前最好用手機APP拎定飛,因為試過去到現場等真係要企好一陣,老人家係會辛苦。今次做仔女的先到現場等,等到差唔多再叫兩老出門口,時間剛剛好。推車仔個氛圍係會勾起大家的好奇心及興趣,每次黎到都會不知不覺地比平時去酒樓用APP落單叫得多又食得多。鵪鶉蛋燒賣、魚翅餃、百花釀魚肚都係每次來必點的。鵪鶉蛋大大粒,釀魚肚上面的蝦滑都非常好食!呢日難得見到有薑汁雙皮奶,二話不說都截停了姐姐整返碗先。兜左一圈,仲見到細細個酒樓個種糖水車仔,回憶返曬黎。煎腸粉、煎糕檔就要行出去落單,不過兩次都隔好一段時間先會送到台上,唯一的美中不足。
