To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實巳經係佢開張後一個月去食平時食開伊XX的燒肉店今次比呢間牛角, 包了很大期望...一入到去...環境係幾OK的但係唔知係咪當時好新啦啲員工唔係好醒目我哋叫咗牛舌, 牛肉, 豬肉等等..但係我想講咁的價錢, 啲肉質我覺得普通外最重要係無肉味, 唔夠新鮮喎仲有呀, 個份量真係超小, 超薄, 對於大食的人, 真係食來食去都唔飽除非係超細食啦...嗯..去完一次之後, 我就巳經同朋友報告咗, 呢間唔駛去了貴唔緊要, 最緊要食物質素高但係而家剛相反, 我最唔LIKE呢啲食店收得人高價錢, 就要比番高質素嘛...所以老實講, 希望佢哋檢討吓囉...

平時食開伊XX的燒肉店

今次比呢間牛角, 包了很大期望...

一入到去...環境係幾OK的

但係唔知係咪當時好新啦

啲員工唔係好醒目

我哋叫咗牛舌, 牛肉, 豬肉等等..

但係我想講咁的價錢, 啲肉質我覺得普通外

最重要係無肉味, 唔夠新鮮喎

仲有呀, 個份量真係超小, 超薄,

對於大食的人, 真係食來食去都唔飽

除非係超細食啦...

嗯..去完一次之後, 我就巳經同朋友報告咗, 呢間唔駛去了

貴唔緊要, 最緊要食物質素高

但係而家剛相反, 我最唔LIKE呢啲食店

收得人高價錢, 就要比番高質素嘛...

所以老實講, 希望佢哋檢討吓囉...
