To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶時間,上OpenRice 尋找下午茶有什麼可以醫肚,被那個綠色的雞批浮台吸引了,於是找到了喜喜冰室,位置不當眼又不是位於大街,有點難找。坐下一問😞😞無雞批,所以無雞批浮台吃,看了菜單,無什麼吸引,又不想吃常餐=早餐,最後點了炸雞脾沙律和B仔鴛鴦。很想食這個啊!B仔鴛鴦$22: 第一次飲,好特別的組合原來是阿華田+好立克,本想以為是奶茶加咖啡之類,因為見鴛鴦字眼嘛! 我覺得甜度剛剛好,還有一粒棉花糖點綴。炸雞沙律$61: 無錯$61, 不是下午茶餐,不是什麼套餐,單叫無飲品,基於他的菜單書仔無寫價錢 (或者是我看不到卦)如果看到這價錢絕不會叫啦!$61炸雞脈沙律+$22飲品=$83,這個價錢可以食得更好、更豐富、更美味滿足。講回食物,份量正常,不會因為這價錢而多些,沙律汁有點水水,不太乾身,雞脾肉質不錯,很juice和嫩滑,唔錯,size都大隻。整體:價錢貴、品質一般,沒有地方再吸引我再去。
