To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次喺九龍灣北京樓用餐,雖然嗰日出菜等咗比較耐,不過食物質素確實超出期待,令人覺得等待都係值得。北京填鴨皮脆肉嫩,切件上枱擺盤精緻,鴨皮肥而不膩,配埋甜麵醬、青瓜同京蔥簡直係絕配,每一口都極具層次感。豆苗鮮菇羹賣相清新,湯底濃郁帶鮮甜,豆苗保持嫩綠爽口,配埋香滑嘅鮮菇增添豐富口感,而且非常健康。松鼠魚色澤吸引,醬汁酸甜開胃,魚肉炸得外脆內嫩,掛汁剛剛好,每啖都食到新鮮同惹味。雖然上菜時間有啲長,但服務員態度友善,主菜全都保持高水準,有誠意推介畀鐘意北方菜同大家聚餐嘅朋友。
