To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 　掛羊頭賣狗肉，原來大家樂咁大間集團都會有。 佢哋晚餐有種叫老火湯套餐，是一煲老火湯加一個白飯及一杯普洱茶，盛惠三十幾蚊。　擒日佢地掛個牌賣粉葛赤小豆鯪魚煲瘦肉，由於媽咪鍾意飲，咪叫個套餐畀佢。　由於我買番屋企，故無即時留意佢啲湯係點。　一食先知道，啲所謂粉葛赤小豆鯪魚煲瘦肉，原來只係青紅蘿蔔煲豬骨，搵舊粉葛搵粒赤小豆都無。　咁咪即係畀佢哋搵咗笨喇。　從之以後，都咪使旨意我再幫襯大家樂呢種餐。
