To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶時到又一城大家樂的food court點了一客$19的豬扒包及熱奶茶. 既然是food court, 對服務也不會有特別要求, 不過真的無想過, 佢地d服務會差成咁. 果日, 我想買個豬扒包到妹妹家跟她兩份食. 到取包時, 叫個阿姐幫我用刀切成兩半, 佢居然答: "哩度無得切架, 個袋裡面有隻膠刀, 你自己返去切啦", 雖然有點錯愕, 我還是很有禮貌地回答: "ok". 事實上無諗過佢會咁答我, 個豬扒包咁厚咁實, 有乜理由用隻膠刀會切得到? 其實廚房係後面, 佢連遞一遞入去廚房都唔肯, 我真的不相信其他大家樂分店也不肯替客人切開包. 只不過10分鐘的路程, 豬扒包己經是皮裂開晒了, 賣相一點也不討好. 麵包還是微暖的, 不過成個包己經頗硬了.再打開麵包的內層, 發覺豬扒很薄, 比我的尾指還要薄. 咬一啖豬扒, 豬扒實在太死死實實太硬了, 沒有肉味.豬扒太薄關係, 跟本吃不到外脆內軟, 更談不上肉汁豐腴與否. 熱奶茶倒還可以接受. 下一次要吃豬扒包, 我一定不會再去大家樂, 前一個月才到太古康怡的大快活吃豬扒包($19配飲品), 人家的豬扒包就真的外脆內軟, 肉味
