石門最常幫襯其中一間,今次點左個豬仔骨薯菜.豬仔骨其實要奶野真係好難,但要好食其實一樣咁難.所以叫之前我都唔會有咩特別既期望.豬仔骨要焗就一定要等,等左10多分鐘.碟野來啦,有沙律,薯菜同最重要既豬仔骨.薯菜即炸,沙律新鮮,豬仔骨夠入味,但又唔係太重手.最重要係個汁掂呀.ONE MAN BAND既廚師,掂呀.
