主打串燒的居酒屋吃過不少,提供的串燒大家都差不多,這晚吃的就主打豚肉串燒。位於銅鑼灣鬧市,除了居酒屋的味道,更有大大隻”豬”。餐牌上串燒佔了不少位置,也有刺身和其他料理,亦有居酒屋最重要的”酒”。前菜先上原個番茄,酸酸甜甜,味道清新。怕食串燒太寡,先食刺身盛同明太子沙律,估唔到刺身都有水準,大大隻蝦刺身啖啖肉,鮮甜帶子同海膽,仲有厚切三文魚,明太子沙律亦有驚喜。呢度主打串燒,由豬皮、豬肉,以至豬的內臟都可以做串燒。鐘意啖啖肉有西班牙黑豚猪頸肉,西班牙夾心肉,可以直接嚐到香濃豬味。有賣相似台腸既雞骨豬肉腸串、比較少食到既秋葵豬肉卷,豚肉鵪鶉蛋卷。唔好睇豚肉鵪鶉蛋卷細細串,一人一串都好飽肚。一般居酒屋會食到既燒槍魷魚會加上蝦乾加強口感,燒冬菇大大件。食串燒飲番杯柚子梅酒先至盡興。
