參加完富豪酒店“夏日香港深度遊”,參觀咗香港多個打卡景點,實地考察,重新認識自己土生土長的地方,之後就去到沙田麗豪酒店濠餐廳食咗一個豐富的自助午餐,今期主題係仲夏海鮮池㫠燒烤自助餐饗宴。自助餐分成幾大區域門口位置的左手邊,泳池隔離有池畔燒烤及烤肉專區,見到有男職員不停為客人燒香腸、沙嗲雞肉串燒、燒豬串燒、燒牛肉串燒,燒菠蘿、燒大蝦、豬鞍、燒三色椒等,香氣撲鼻,豬鞍仲燒得好出色,豬肉燒得好嫩滑多汁。走返去正門位置,首先見到松露金豬鵝肝多士和柚子脆蝦球配柚子汁,兩款比較中式的菜式。自助餐乳豬皮竟然相當脆口,面層有金箔,配合鵝肝多士食,配搭相當驚喜。柚子蝦球蘸上柚子汁,酸甜開胃。繼續前進,見到四款前菜,分別有煙三文魚帶子薯蓉卷、豌豆蓉蔬菜撻、翠玉瓜捲蛋刁草忌廉芝士、油甘魚漬物。每款一口大細,份量適中,味道都相當出色。然後一個大轉身,轉去沙律區位置,食客可以自製DIY口味的沙律菜,亦有酒店預備好的mixed salad 有凱薩沙律、香烤椰菜花配羽衣甘藍、松子及薄荷希臘乳酪醬、義大利雜錦凍肉腸拼盤、原種蕃茄配水牛芝士,味道口感豐富,各有特色,充滿意大利風情口味。沙律隔離仲有雜錦壽司,青瓜卷、黃蘿

最後甜品有流沙荔枝球、生酮芝士蛋糕、芒果椰子奇亞籽甜品杯、無糖朱古力布朗尼、生酮紅蘿蔔蛋糕、雜莓鮮果撻、生果。食過咁多次濠餐廳的自助餐甜品出色進步了很多,食得出全部自家製,用料優質,每款甜品都花過心思研製,味道沒有重複,每款細細件,試齊都不會太膩。
