To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚家庭聚會,就揀選了旺角新世紀的北京樓,好耐沒有食北京樓,但今晩再試,水準沒有讓我失望我地點了火瞳翅,翅很多,真材實料又叫了北京宮爆🦐球,很大粒,好味道蔥燒海參燴鮑魚,未吃已賣相吸引蜜汁火腿,很入味,不過吃一件已頗膩烤北京填鴨,填鴨皮香脆可口,配薄餅皮,大蔥和青瓜加甜酸醬,不過我覺得薄餅稍為厚了一點飯後甜品,點了我最愛的高力蛋白香蕉豆沙,高力豆熟辣辣,鬆軟易入口亦叫了桂花酒釀麻沙小丸子,我略覺得桂花酒略帶小小酸。晚餐很豐富,亦吃得很飽呀,要捧腹回家
