To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同好朋友想搵個悠閑又有靚景，坐得舒服既餐廳，專程黎金鐘BRICK LANE。完全係我既心水呀～餐廳用餐有室內同戶外選擇，難得天氣都幾好，我哋㨂左坐戶外chill吓，好有外國氣氛，好正呀。坐低一邊同好朋友傾計，一邊嘆返杯cappuccino，好享受呢個咁舒服既環境。食物方便我哋分別叫咗個Everything。首先賣相好精緻。呢個All Day Breakfast 非常豐富，用料很足。有蛋（可以選擇炒蛋或者煎蛋），有兩款煙肉，三文魚，腸，蕃茄，麵包多士，沙律菜，茄汁豆同薯餅之外，兩款煙肉下仲有個大蘑菇。仲有好香濃芝士，配沙律菜一流。呢個早餐相當有驚喜，份量亦算大份，$128價錢相當抵食。另外好朋友點左Egg Royale $105賣相亦相當吸引精緻，呢款煙三文魚Egg Benedict亦係呢到招牌菜式。流心蛋不會過熟，剛剛好做到流心狀態，同荷蘭醬好夾，下面係新鮮既煙三文魚同菠菜同鬆餅，實在令人好滿足。
