To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有朋自北京來,又有朋請客,我就負責參與Omakase 我喜歡,可以看著師父嘅刀藝,又可以跟師父小酌幾杯,聊聊天, 就是喜歡這種小店親民的氣氛食物都是當天最新鮮的,食客們要用心聽師父介紹每道菜及其食法喔!(我就經常掛住傾計,忽略了師父呢)。我尤其喜歡那塊粉紅鹽石,配合魚刺身超正。食每道菜都先欣賞,然後食,然後發出滿足嘅讚嘆聲音!今次有點可惜只拍到部份食物照及沒完成整頓餐(原因就不提喇,係我錯😅)。
