A celebration dinner for family member's birthday cum Mother's Day tonight! The dishes in Nobu were rich in layers for the presentation, the chef's well planned idea was fully demonstrated throughout the meal. With the stunning Victoria Harbour view, as well as the fresh sashimi, felt like sitting in the top restaurant in Japan! The gradually melting grilled Miyazaki Wagyu and the lobster sashimi, Ise Ebi, were the most impressive dishes I've ever had. The dessert platter at the last definitely was the best ending course ever. Simply put, fresh food, good cook, and excellent service!
