To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近常在社交網站看到一個個滿滿的海膽杯,終於有機會入元朗會一會呢隻杯!今次同朋友食既都係 OMAKASE好好彩有得坐吧,全程望住師傅表演!前菜有三款,而最impressive既就係呢個黑松露茶碗蒸超滑溜的蛋,加上每一啖都係滿滿既松露味,前菜已經令人好滿足~~接落黎就食左深海池魚,白子,帆立貝係睇住師傅預備白子既時候,我已經非常驚訝 hahaha因為真係第一次見 first impression係點解咁似腦白子係咩?其實係魚類既精巢聽到依度 真係疾一疾 不過個個都話好好食又好補身,所以當然就要試下!係滑嘟嘟既口感,鮮味非常profound接受到生蠔既朋友應該都會幾中意的 可以一試唷!帆立背亦令人印象深刻!並非得個稔字而係爽嫩既口感,連平時對帆立背無咩好感既我都好中意!黎到中段,師傅拎左一大舊拖羅出黎,即場表演分拆不同部位既拖羅又係第一次見到咁多種既部位既吞拿魚亦食到脂肪最少同最多既部位脂肪最多既淺粉紅色,真係入口即化!油香充斥口腔~只係輕輕沾點鹽已經好好食重有中拖羅~~輕輕燒一燒,令油香更重,入口即溶加埋芝麻既香氣,又係令人印象深刻既味道!鮑魚亦係另一亮點!師傅預備既鮑魚肝汁,味道非

最後以日本蜜瓜作結,
係上桌之前,師傅噴上whiskey
輕輕的酒香,令香甜蜜瓜的味道更突出!

以上只係當晚令我印象最深刻既部分食物~~
總括而言 真係好impressive既omakase! 
而且師傅好樂意耐心解釋每種食物的特點
雖然一路食一路聽,好多都唔記得
