「燒肉而今」是富小路やま岸旗下融合懷石料理及現代燒肉文化的餐廳。餐廳全部選用「日山畜產」和牛供應商,和牛質素實在有保證。當天品嘗的而今A5和牛燒肉套餐,,由前菜煙燻和牛粒配魚子醬,到燒肉及壽喜燒,正是用上最高級的A5和牛。而我最喜歡的就是他們的A5和牛配海膽和牛熱狗,充滿油脂香氣的和牛配搭清甜的日本海膽,超級正。作為油膩的燒肉的終結,最後品嘗了富小路品牌Signature 的A5和牛茶漬飯,和牛配搭起了茶的清香,亦減少了多道主菜燒肉的油膩感。新式的高級燒肉餐廳中,這間是最近令我還能念念不忘。
