
「三心兩麵」把碗一分為二,可以一次嘗兩種口味本來是不錯的點子。豬骨湯底叉燒煮太老而且瘦肉太多,沒有日式叉燒追求那種入口即化的感覺;一另魚湯底海鮮卻太鹹,而且蝦子不夠新鮮。魚板幼滑,算是比較出色。但噱頭始終是噱頭,一碗兩吃,碗中間的木片總是限制了空間,吃起來筷子用不爽。
