識得去八沢食烏冬,源於一位同學好友的介紹。
由尖沙咀到銅鑼灣,再去到今日嘅筲箕灣,十年如一日,都係咁鍾情佢哋嘅黑松露忌廉海鮮湯烏冬,呢碗烏冬咁多年嚟味道都冇變,特別係個湯底,牛乳味重再加黑松露醬嘅香,就係記憶中嘅味道,果然係鎮店招牌菜👍🏻
炸豬扒最重要係炸粉口感;面層炸粉雖然薄,但略為有點實;豬扒有少少乾身,沾上蛋黃醬後,總算可以拉個平衡,不過以$38甘大塊豬扒來說亦無可挑剔,好飽肚🙌🏻
見到唔少中學生去食,都諗起以前讀書嗰陣時,去食嘅情懷。
