兩公婆放假出去遊下車河黎左大埔,咁啱見到一間好特別嘅餐廳入去試吓,原來係廚師發板鐵板燒。聽主廚講平時來之前最好先預訂,因為有時會無位,今日算好彩,walk in嚟到有位。我哋兩個人叫咗兩個$79x既set,飲品清清地叫左兩杯梅酒。頭盤係煙三文魚沙律,用左我最鍾意既蘋果醋龍蝦汁伴野生大虎蝦😋海鮮最忌過熟,生熟剛好,蝦肉彈牙有甜味,蝦頭多膏兼且香,估唔到嘅嘢,伴碟嘅龍蝦汁再度加分,聽主廚講,個汁醬煮左好幾個鐘頭後再過濾再煮濃身,難怪可以做到咁香濃甜味重而滑口,真係心機菜。南非孔雀鮑😋爽口彈牙,配埋自製嘅蒜蓉醬,香味十足。宮崎豬😋軟身香口,配埋菠蘿汁酸甜開胃。澳洲M5牛小柳😋食得出本身食材有質數,其次成數剛好,稔,甜。虎蝦蛋炒飯😋主廚亦因應番我地兩公婆較清淡既口味,幫我地落少啲岩鹽,味道啱好,珍珠飯粒口感彈牙。好耐無食過咁有水準既炒飯紅酒浸雪梨😋雪梨酸酸甜甜 配搭返紅酒嘅香味,令我諗番起一道菜(鵝肝配浸過紅酒既蘋果片),作為飯餐最後一道菜一流。
