黎過一定會鐘意,一間有情調,講究菜式嘅kitchen and bar,晚上有live band即席表演,音樂氣氛,情調梗好過平時播歌啦!😍去到當然嗌兩杯酒配合情調啦!今次嗌左2杯雞尾酒,一杯係玩味十足,先口含爆炸糖,再飲放入杯中嘅爆炸糖,雙重刺激,頂層嘅荔枝沙冰夠哂味,溝均黎飲簡直一流!😆另外杯係柚子味,沒什麼酒味,甜味較多,配以匙中嘅核,酸味濃,兩者混合,酸酸甜甜~ 可以作開胃嘅選擇一開始就由buffalo chicken打頭陣,雞翼係新鮮生炸,所以上枱都係脆卜卜,個sauce比較濃,但配合返雞翼本身無醃料之下,就岩岩好,特別喜愛食雞槌,因為肉體較多,更能食出其滋味😋Seared Hokkaido scallop with black caviar, mango caviar and tomato sasa, 帶子煎封表面,但內裏嫩滑,配上三種味道嘅醬,食出不同滋味,由淡到濃,享受醬汁味道之餘,都回味帶子入口嘅嫩滑Lobster bisque,湯料十分足,粒粒大龍蝦肉,講究食物質素,龍蝦味濃,值得推介😍Sous vide U.S prime short ribs with choco

最後嘅主菜Piri Piri chicken,雞肉無論係脾定雞胸都係嫩滑,醬汁比一開始雞翼較淡,少許辣度足以令人回味 

最後嘅甜品,以士多啤梨同朱古力作結尾,士多啤梨撻嘅cream幼滑,餅皮唔太硬,opera cake 嘅朱古力更係入口即溶

臨走仲要撞正人地求婚添😁,咁有情調,有愛,有美食嘅晚上…點令人唔再去多次呢!😍
