太興燒味,一年總會幫趁幾次,指定動作都係食佢嘅燒肉飯或者餐蛋麵,飲就係奶茶或者係鹹甘吉。鹹甘吉食餐麵係因為佢地係用我嘅至愛牌子午餐肉,天壇牌或者長城牌午餐肉,而蛋係軟滑高質嘅滑蛋。燒肉飯 HK$55食燒肉係因為佢地嘅燒肉皮脆肉滑,我見佢地成隻燒好嘅豬,係偏細隻嘅中豬,中豬價錢比大豬貴,肉質細滑。由於流轉快,,而味道就從來都唔會過鹹,肉味好鮮,我估計他們是用新鮮豬燒嘅。咁點解唔會食佢地嘅义燒呢,因為之前有個太興廚師同我講過話佢地用嘅係四川嘅特選冰鮮梅頭,嚴格嚟講係雪藏肉,食過幾次除肉汁少啲,都幾鬆化可口嘅,不過都賣到成HK$55 一碟,性價比實在太低,呢個價錢街外選擇多的是啦!結論: 喺太興自己開餐,食燒味梗係揀燒肉啦!
