想 請 朋友 食 生日 飯 , 朋友話想食中菜,所以就選擇了跑馬地的1983 ,因為之前食過都好滿意,而且報章上見到有些新菜式,果然沒有令人失望,朋友都吃得很開心!首先叫咗前菜三味 - 有黑醋排骨,炸小魚,和創新的蟹膏花雕冷凍。另加邪悪的鹹蛋黃炸魚皮,好正!當然有叫名菜,脆皮炸子雞,朋友都話,可能係香港最好食的炸子雞。雞同鴨講,即係將鵝掌去骨釀在雞翼裏面,味道好,口感很複雜,又得意,送紅酒,一流!本來想試吓叉燒,但原來要預訂,唯有下一次啦。仲有一個黃花魚加琵琶豆腐,味道啱啱好!更精彩的當然是甜品,朋友剛好有另外一個胃,專食甜品,所以試了三款,最出色的,是蜜餞金橘皮釀雪芭,很清新,吃完中菜,這個甜品可謂絕配!
