To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 彩福似乎係外父嘅心水樓家,每次同佢去食飯都好滿意,而今次就去咗尖沙咀分店。相隔幾個月仲新裝咗個大舞台作宴會用途,氣派十足。首先就點咗個小食麻香牛蒡金錢絲。少許麻辣,拌入彩椒大葱,開胃涼拌,而且金錢肚口感軟身易咬。另外點咗份食家三寶,有海蜇拼叉燒,叉燒今晚有點失色,因為肉質偏瘦,失去外層焦蜜入口即溶嘅回憶。啫啫芥蘭煲鍋氣爆燈,送飯真係一絶。清蒸老虎班仔,雖然話班仔,都唔會太細夠四人享用。追加咗一個客家風味炆豬肉,炆豬肉加入酸菜的確又另有風味,如果將肉切細少少,再入味啲就滿分啦。黑松露秋葵帶子炒滑蛋,帶子露笋就食得多,炒秋葵真係第一次原來又出奇地夾,我個人好中意。
