銅鑼灣開左間新火鍋店叫去滾,環境佈置好配合主題!首先我地火鍋要左鴛鴦湯底,係蕃茄豬骨薯仔湯拼海鮮麻辣湯$258,湯底裡面本身已經有好多料,海鮮有蝦、蜆、仲有菇,麻辣都真係幾辣,但越辣越滋味;蕃茄薯仔湯豬骨大大舊,仲有粟米,超濃郁。不少得配了野崎牛稀少部位品嘗盤,有A5 野崎牛後肩肉柳里肌芯、野崎牛腰脊同A5 野崎牛肩肉;牛後肩肉牛味最重,有雪花油脂較多,相對也比較腍身,另兩款質素都不錯。新鮮牛脷芯 $88,薄薄一片片,但有口感,份量好多,食極都有!牛b子 $68,即係手打牛丸,有4 粒唔算平,但手打果然好彈牙。鬼佬中出$95,其實係蝦膠釀油炸鬼,除左魚皮、響鈴,油炸鬼都可以打邊爐,原來都幾好食! 不過就咁即食都得,就硬身d,可以點雞醬食! 竹蔗馬蹄水(每樽)$98,一樽可以大概斟到四杯,冰涼又清甜,解渴又解辣。✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨如果大家喜愛我寫既食評📝,麻煩幫幫手比個愛的鼓勵❤,我會寫更多豐富既食評比大家!🤤✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
