今次黎到英皇駿景酒店食下佢地既酒店級中菜，駿景軒既菜式環境唔算大，勝在空間寬敞，唔似一般中菜酒樓一樣有種逼挾感瓦罉焗胡椒蝦好食！好香既胡椒味！脆口既蝦殼甚至可以直接連殼食！水煮鮮魚片（小）呢個小字真係一d都唔小好大碗既水煮魚，魚片多，仲有好多涼皮份量一d都唔少，味道亦係十足麻香辣，完全唔比川菜館差黑松露手撕雞原片黑松露係頂，外面被炸子雞既脆皮包住，入面就係黑松露碎手撕雞好唔錯既手撕雞，可能係第二度未必會食到一樣既菜式醬油安格斯牛肉石窩炒飯飯粒炒得好乾身，正每粒飯都比醬油好好咁包住肉粒同飯焦都非常香脆，用石鍋係令佢幾有煲仔飯咁既感覺
