Restaurant: One Point Zero One

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友帶我到觀塘這間台式餐廳吃晚餐。餐廳地方不大,裝修簡約,走年輕人路線,價錢相宜,免+1收費,而且現在like IG還有九折。由幾位專職芒果師、蛋餅師、特飲師的年輕人經營,絕對是一間充滿特色的平民台式餐廳。看看餐牌,確實非常有驚喜。除了名字特別外,色彩的配搭充滿玩味。芒果魯肉飯餐牌上說:「睇落小奇怪,食落好和諧。」水果入饌從來都不是我杯茶,看起來還真有點奇怪,見到每台食客都有點這個飯,我們也姑且一試吧!魯肉飯端上來的時候,賣相也頗美麗。一入口,想不到甘甜的芒果與鹹香的魯肉十分搭配,又鹹又甜的,卻又形成了獨特的風味組合,讓人驚喜不已。一大碗飯,我們就輕鬆地把它吃完。蜜汁紫菜排骨飯蜜汁紫菜排骨飯份量非常多,排骨十分大塊,炸得甘香鬆脆。下面全鋪滿紫菜,口感豐富美味。排骨外層醃製得恰到好處,蜜汁的甜味與紫菜的鹹香互相配合,米飯吸收了豐富的味道,吃上一口就讓人心滿意足。熔岩蛋之戀(拉絲芝士火腿蛋餅)蛋餅絕對是必叫之選!外皮香脆,咬下去的瞬間,熱溶的拉絲芝士流出來,拉絲效果非常治癒。表面還有一些碎花生增加口感,令人欲罷不能。火腿的鹹香與芝士香完美融合,吃一口就讓人心滿意足。雖然十分邪惡,但真是二十

脆炸鮮奶卷配古早芋泥二文治
又是一道很特別的菜式。起初以為寫錯字,可想而知,年青人的創意真是無限!古早芋泥二文治其實不是三文治,只是取其意思,兩邊餅乾中間包着芋泥。外層像餅乾般的酥脆,裡面包裹著濃厚的芋泥,甜而不膩,讓人一口接一口。脆炸鮮奶卷則是另一個必試的選擇!外層金黃酥脆,內裡的鮮奶充滿濃郁的奶香,咬下去的瞬間,流心的感覺令人驚喜。搭配的真是完美的搭配!

我不是章魚燒
另一個特別的名字。看似章魚燒的小丸子其實是花枝丸,每一粒都含有一至兩塊大塊的花枝肉,咬下去的時候彈牙又有咬口感。旁邊的香蔥增添了風味,讓整道小吃更具層次感,第一個名字改得好!

古早奶茶
這款古早奶茶滑順香醇,茶香與奶香的結合剛剛好。

珍珠奶茶
珍珠奶茶中的珍珠Q彈有口感,搭配香濃的奶茶,絕對值得一試!
