一間絕對值得encore嘅餐廳經常有新菜式,為我帶來無限驚喜,今次就試咗每日限量10碗嘅雞白湯立鱗燒烏冬,真係做得好出色。先講個雞白湯,雖然冇出邊食到咁Creamy,不過佢嘅雞味真係好香濃,唔搵新鮮雞殼,仲要係大量咁樣去咬個湯好難煲得出呢一種香度同埋濃度,難得嘅就係唔會好多雞油。至於粒立鱗燒同呢度魚類出品一樣有一貫嘅出色水準,除咗個樣好有型(因為啲魚鱗炸到企晒起身)之外,連啲魚鱗脆卜卜可以吞埋落肚嗰下正。
