To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 9-5-2013(四)是日晚上,在深水埗坐港鐵來到尖沙咀,與老朋友 Charles 會合,並於 美麗華酒店 內的 國金軒 用膳。Charles 曾帶我去過 IFC 的國金軒用膳,而尖沙咀站則是首次到來。是次最想說說是其聞名的 蜜餞叉燒皇,好吃到不得了! 叉燒皇用上等的梅肉製作,熱燙燙上桌,每塊皆肥瘦適中, 火喉恰當,肉質非常鬆化,肉味且濃郁;下面還鋪了滿滿的蜜餞黃豆,酸中帶甜的那份口感,伴飯吃,實在是一流的滋味!正!埋單約$1100,在悅目燈飾的映照下,我真的有點不想離開。。。你,有否。。。也有一刻想過不離開這兒呢?誠意推介 - 國金軒的 "蜜餞叉燒皇"!

叉燒皇用上等的梅肉製作,熱燙燙上桌,每塊皆肥瘦適中,
火喉恰當,肉質非常鬆化,肉味且濃郁;下面還鋪了滿滿的蜜餞黃豆,酸中帶甜的那份口感,伴飯吃,實在是一流的滋味!正!
