To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老父入了瑪嘉烈醫院，探望完畢,便帶老媽子去葵芳搵食. 老人家全副假牙，又留咗鉸剪在醫院給老父用. 便選了 “醉鮮”. 老媽子點了牛筋腩，我點了藥膳雞. 特別值得一讚的是: 店長知道有老人家，便主動提供協助，又推介適合老人家的食物，店長知道老媽決定要牛筋腩時，更主動提議她會入廚房特選一些 “腍一點”的牛筋腩給老媽, 又清楚說明因為特選可能會碎一點, 我簡直喜出望外，因為”腍”很重要, 否則老人家根本吃不到. 店主更說長者會有一杯飲品贈送，我們點了自家製的檸檬薏米水. 食物送到, 老媽吃得很開心, 牛筋腩夠腍又夠味👍🏻卻又不會太鹹. 很好吃！我的藥膳雞湯米線，更加出色，湯底不但夠藥味，卻又不苦澀,雞肉很滑, 很是出色， 喜歡藥膳湯底的朋友十分推介去試, 更重要的是小店很有誠意湯底真的沒有用味精. 回家並不口渴. 難怪星期六晚8pm仍全店滿座，有興趣的老友記十分推薦去試吓😋
