搬到長沙灣,第一次落街搵野食。經過呢間小店,被佢既餐牌吸引住。於是入左去試佢個推介,廣島蠔新竹米。仲話淆熬製八個鐘嘅雞湯做湯底。點知中伏。
先講講相片入面係加咗辣椒油之後嘅效果,廣島蠔縮曬水都算啦。湯底跟雞湯完全連唔上關係。更似係淥菜水,連雞汁都冇一滴落去。
好失望,亦知小店搵食艱難。希望香港人一齊加油!!!
