對我來講,我最喜歡鴨的食法就是「北京填鴨」,薄薄的皮包住一片片鴨肉,加上一少撮配菜,沾上醬汁再送入口,就夠美味了😚想到京滬佳餚吃它號稱香港第一北京填鴨已久,今日趁放假就約朋友一起到銅鑼灣Fashion Walk這分店來品嚐。我們像餓鬼一樣,一下子就點了滿桌食物👉🏻北京填鴨(半例)、酥炸鮑鯨、酥炸廣島蠔、酸湯海斑片、四川擔擔麵、招牌小籠包、京香蜜汁叉燒包等...每一款食物都有水準,而北京填鴨同酸湯海斑片是最出色,前者賣相靚、鴨肉不肥膩、包皮夠薄,入口融化,正!後者海斑片十分嫩滑,與酸菜十分配,配料亦足,好開胃!最抵食一定是價值$18的小籠包,一籠6隻,包皮好薄,汁多好juicy。整體是高質的,唯價格略偏高。
