To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六晚上和朋友一起去吃飯,揀咗呢度食尼泊爾菜!見到網上啲食評都唔錯,可以試一試!我們就叫咗三款不同口味的小食和主食,有香料醬酥炸球,一份有8粒,內餡係薯蓉、脆片加一啲香料混合埋一齊,中間有一壺汁倒入一齊食,食落有點辣,口感唔錯!然後叫咗尼泊爾餃子(MOMO),可以要求一半炸餃子一半蒸餃。餃子size都幾大隻,入面啲肉爆饀,食幾隻可能都幾飽。最後叫咗燒烤豬肋骨半排配薯條,豬肋骨一般般,肉質比較硬,但可以接受啊!
