Restaurant: The Jungle

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早2日去佐敦睇中醫,之後就同家人們搵餐廳食lunch。揀左人氣尼泊爾餐廳 The Jungle 試下唔同菜式。一入門已經好似去左異國咁,裝修以熱帶叢林為主題,牆上掛滿翠綠植物牆,配搭木系傢俬同藤編吊燈,空間感覺自然舒適。今次我地點左3款午市套餐,除左地道尼泊爾風味,都有啲fusion元素,好有新鮮感。午餐有包沙律或者湯,估唔到沙律係我鐘意嘅番茄水牛芝士沙律,蘑菇湯仲加左炒香左洋蔥,特別好飲。MOMO(雞肉-半炸半蒸)尼泊爾餃子MOMO係The Jungle嘅招牌菜之一,我哋揀咗雞肉餡,店員見我地揀唔到要蒸定要炸,就比我地一半炸一半蒸🤭🙏。蒸嘅MOMO皮薄煙韌,咬落去肉汁豐富,炸嘅就外皮香脆,兩種口感一次過滿足晒。其實都幾似中式餃子,所以都好岩食,我就鐘意食炸口味多d😆屋企人就配埋自家製酸辣花生醬,酸辣惹味。Nepali Daal Bhaat(尼泊爾豬肉咖喱飯)呢款係尼泊爾家常菜,咖喱香料味突出,唔會太辣,豬肉炆得夠腍,配埋香滑豆蓉同白飯,加埋薄脆片同其他配料一齊食,滿足感十足。Chukauni(薯仔乳酪沙律)Chukauni係用薯仔同乳酪,酸酸地好開胃,仲有香料味,幾有層次。Ribey

Chukauni係用薯仔同乳酪,酸酸地好開胃,仲有香料味,幾有層次。

Ribeye牛肉眼扒
牛扒煎得啱啱好,外層微焦,肉質嫩滑,肉汁豐富,味道濃郁。底下鋪左幼滑薯蓉,好食!

芒果味濃郁,仲有淡淡椰香,口感滑溜,飲落清新解渴,夏天飲一流。

Kheer(米布甸)
甜品Kheer係尼泊爾傳統米布甸,奶香濃郁,質地幼滑,唔會過甜,好味道。

餐廳氣氛輕鬆又有異國情調,服務員親切有禮,會主動介紹菜式。Cocktail, mocktail飲品選擇多,都好有特色。

感覺好似係鬧市中嚟個小小異國美食之旅😊
