To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去咗觀塘嘅一個工廈發現咗一間台式餐廳,基本嘅台式食物喺呢度都有得揀。今次同朋友兩個人去叫咗一個招牌牛肉麵、鹽酥雞滷肉飯、手拍青瓜、試管鹽酥菇。有啲小食都幾平下,十幾蚊一份👀招牌牛肉麵牛肉算大嚿,應該用湯汁都浸左好耐,夠入味。鹽酥雞滷肉飯滷肉同平時食嗰啲有啲唔同,平時一般食嘅老玉會比較細小,呢度嘅滷肉大粒少少,蒜味比較濃,適合鍾意蒜香嘅人~至於佢嘅小食呢,我對鹽酥菇嘅印象都唔錯,同埋見到佢啲試管先發現原來有好多唔同嘅調味料,例如有孜然粉、辣椒粉等等。

牛肉算大嚿,應該用湯汁都浸左好耐,夠入味。
