Restaurant: Hong Kong Old Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為上海菜嘅超級粉絲,基本上每個月都會食上海菜,今次就試吓新野,本來都冇乜期望,好彩都冇令我失望。呢度嘅環境似係舊式酒樓,服務亦算唔錯,全部都係老一輩嘅員工,而廚房亦十分有效率,點菜後15分鐘已經上得七七八八,真係要立即叫停佢,因為啲嘢食會凍得好快。最令我驚喜嘅就係呢個燻蛋,係我每次食上海菜都會必點嘅菜式。燻蛋嘅煙熏味好重,好香,蛋黃流心,睇見都忍唔住一啖擺落口食咗佢!熏魚就正常,但係估唔到咁大碟。海蜇頭就麻麻哋,味道太淡啦,唔夠鹹,要自己再加鹽。紅燒肉都不錯,一碟入面有啲肥啲有啲瘦啲,適合同枱吃飯不同人的喜好,但個人認為唔夠肥。小籠包皮薄多汁,味道剛好。但賽螃蟹就普通了,味道淡之餘,冇乜蟹肉,基本上全部都係蛋白。楊州炒飯太過鹹,剛好可以要來同淡味慨賽螃蟹一齊食。最後有我最愛嘅甜品高力豆沙包,食嘅時候熱辣辣又鬆軟,每一啖都沾滿砂糖,以作為呢一餐飯嘅完結。

熏魚就正常,但係估唔到咁大碟。
