To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到好多人試梳乎里，所以黎試下。一去到侍應就即刻落order問係味食梳乎里，因為要等大約15分鐘。我地就睇一睇餐牌先叫野食，叫左原味梳乎里($88)，豬扒飯多士盒(包餐湯，飲品)($68)，紅豆冰。多士盒望落好大個，切落去有少少失望，因為挖得唔深，裝得好少飯，食得飽既，不過係食包食飽，但係係蛋炒飯底，豬扒原件鋪係面，自己切，俾埋個碗你裝住食，ok。梳乎里有驚喜好大好蓬鬆，可能我食唔怪，食食下好多空氣，所以壓平整走空氣先食，就易入口同埋冇咁濟。不過一次過食尼兩樣野好濟，食唔哂，但係又唔想分2次試，所以一次過試哂。餐廳入面有其他餸菜，dinner set，好似仲好味d。

多士盒望落好大個，切落去有少少失望，因為挖得唔深，裝得好少飯，食得飽既，不過係食包食飽，但係係蛋炒飯底，豬扒原件鋪係面，自己切，俾埋個碗你裝住食，ok。
