To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天相約舊同事住這間屬於沙田大會堂,以前由京都酒家經營, 新開張美心皇宮午餐。雖然我們已一早訂了枱,但門口等位情況氣氛緊張, 人頭湧湧,我們須等了十五分鐘才可入座。 我們吃了幾款重口味的點心,如柱候牛肚,豉汁鳳爪,豉汁魚雲,一貫水準,頗為惹味。蝦餃,蒸魚肚等一貫美心水準。入而有些炸的點心,如紫菜卷,蛋散,可能因出了廚房一段時間(這是推點心車的缺點),有點不夠香脆。另外,還是點了一碟炒米線,都算炒得乾身均勻,肉絲等配料都很清淡,不錯。但我不太欣賞那碟鴛鴦飯,厚厚的一白一橙獻汁, 獻汁下面的炒飯又炒得不夠火喉, 賣相以至味道都麻麻。 要評美心酒樓點心的確有難度,美心點心水準在不同分店都差不多,向好處想,控制品貭很嚴謹,向壞處想,便是無驚喜! 還有我發覺美心酒樓全線同一樣 : 樓面伙記不足,在午飯peak hour,做到他們踢腳,趕時間的顧客又心急, 希望美心全線增加樓面職員。
