To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原先想去LammaIsland食海鮮補祝生日, 不過恐防有人收唔到早所以計劃有變, 近近地就入食海鮮同小炒.風沙雞一隻- 肉地好嫩, 不愧為招牌菜之一.粉絲蒸扇貝- 蒸老, 仲有好多沙石...豉汁炒蟶子- 個汁太濃稠, 不過蟶子係細隻, 比大隻較鮮甜.椒鹽賴尿蝦- 賴尿蝦比預期中細隻, 而且好鬼鹹子母蝦- 海蝦個肚釀舊皮蛋, 串住炸, 點甜酸汁吃, 個人覺得皮蛋同蝦無互相幫助, 似乎有多餘.金銀蛋炒覓菜- 勁多雞蛋, 不過都okay.加埋青島, 雖然唔特別好好食, 但都滿足....不過唔方便傾計, 食完拉隊過Brown飲過!

豉汁炒蟶子- 個汁太濃稠, 不過蟶子係細隻, 比大隻較鮮甜.
椒鹽賴尿蝦- 賴尿蝦比預期中細隻, 而且好鬼鹹
子母蝦- 海蝦個肚釀舊皮蛋, 串住炸, 點甜酸汁吃, 個人覺得皮蛋同蝦無互相幫助, 似乎有多餘.
金銀蛋炒覓菜- 勁多雞蛋, 不過都okay.

加埋青島, 雖然唔特別好好食, 但都滿足....不過唔方便傾計, 食完拉隊過Brown飲過!
