一個禮拜前,wts去訂位,唔覆信息,ok,我網上訂位,今日去到,真係自己問題遲啱啱好10分鐘,然後接待人員話點會訂到位?我地full曬了禾!ok,我地遲到我地錯,但佢哋講嘢令人好唔舒服,話我地遲左唔知我地黎唔黎,你有心做生意,點解唔可以打黎問下?唔好講呢個係客人責任,難道店舖完全唔重視訂位呢回事?咁唔好出網上訂位服務啦唔該。我地遲到有錯,但舖頭態度都好有問題,我地一直道歉講對唔住,佢一直重複我地遲左,問我地係唔係遲左,我覺得我地好似返學比人訓話咁。
