To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和朋友行完山，來到觀塘吃晚餐。這家餐廳被我bookmarked一段時間，現在有機會試試喇！😍想講，壹.01真的好抵！飲品半價後，還全單9折，還要免加一🤩🤩。滿枱食物五顏六色，好豐富，開心😍☺️。‖ 壹.01芒果魯肉飯 ($58) ‖魯肉加芒果，這麼特別，一定要點來試試。芒果好鮮甜，與鹹香魯肉好夾，鹹鹹甜甜，味道平衡而有層次😋。‖ 薑蔥手撕雞飯 ($55) ‖手撕雞嫩滑多汁，和薑蓉、香蔥等拌在一起吃，好味☺️。‖ 牛肉便當 ($65) ‖平時吃牛肉丼的肥牛，配有鵪鶉蛋、台灣腸、西蘭花、椰菜、榨菜等等，同樣好吃😆。‖ 蜜汁排骨便當 ($65) ‖排骨好大塊，熱辣辣脆卜卜，不會炸得乾，內裡有肉汁，好不錯😋。‖ 芋泥肉鬆蛋餅 ($39) ‖芋泥滿滿😍，細滑香甜。蛋餅微微帶煙韌，包住芋泥和肉鬆吃，好味☺️。‖ 0冰手作芋頭鮮奶 ($24) ‖‖ 古早奶茶 ($15) ‖‖ 雙檸冬瓜茶 ($17) ‖芋頭鮮奶，用真芋頭，份量不少☺️。飲到尾，味道與喝第一口時的保持一樣，讚👍🏽。古早奶茶和雙檸冬瓜茶，朋友都讚讚😊。以上所有價錢未9折，壹.01 CP值超高🤩。食物不錯，店員好親切有善☺️，絕對讚讚🧡🧡。
