Bookmark 咗呢間日系咖啡店好耐,適逢朋友生日,專登訂座同佢嚟試下。店舖主打西日料理,採用日本食材同醬汁,烹調出各式各樣健康又美味嘅菜式。餐廳以木色為主調,店內面積頗大,環境闊落,空間寬敞,加上以植物同盆栽作襯托,令人有種遠離煩囂嘅感覺。點咗 2 個晚餐,先嚟每人一杯餐前飲品,紫蘇梅子梳打賣相很吸引,粉紫色澤,入口甜甜酸酸,配上翠綠紫蘇葉,味道清爽。前菜選了蘋果木煙燻北海道帶子·日本枝豆·有機粉紅玫瑰菇·紅菜頭蓉 同 原隻煙燻鵪鶉髀伴水果車厘茄田園沙律。帶子肉厚味鮮、玫瑰菇爽身有嚼勁、紅菜頭蓉香軟綿滑,同帶子好夾。鵪鶉髀皮薄肉嫩,入口煙燻味好香濃。沙律菜新鮮爽脆,車厘茄鮮甜多汁,青提皮薄爽口,入口味道好清新。干邑龍蝦湯:龍蝦湯鮮味十足,入口濃郁順滑,蝦肉爽口彈牙~~飲完湯店員隨即為我倆送上台灣有機單品茶,用作間場,清一清味蕾。今日嘅茶係迎香烏龍,茶湯蜜黃清澈,入口滋味甘醇。主菜選了香烤野生虎蝦·蟹肉蟹膏意大利飯 ($398) 同 杜洛克黑毛豬鞍伴焦糖菠蘿·野菌西蘭花苗·鴨油洋蔥烤薯仔 ($398)。虎蝦好大隻,爽口又彈牙;意大利飯煮得啱啱好,煙韌有嚼勁,蟹膏香味超級濃郁,配埋啖啖
