Restaurant: 五月星牛肉麵

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 觀塘駱駝漆工廈好多小店餐廳,朋友介紹下,今次黎到五月星牛肉麵食台灣菜而家晚市主食加$32可以任食幾款小食,不過今次太想食鹽酥雞!有機會下次再試!食台灣菜唔少得紅燒牛肉麵:牛肉同蘿蔔都煲到好焾又入味,香濃湯底帶點甜,配上粗身麵條,正!刈包:上枱時熱辣辣,餡料有甜酸菜、五花扣肉、同埋特製既花生粉,又咸又甜衝擊好有驚喜,好好食!香腸肉燥飯:肉燥飯中規中矩,配上台灣腸,外皮煎得夠脆,入面又多汁。試管鹽酥雞:鹽酥雞炸得香脆,可以配試管幾款味道的調味粉,有孜然粉、梅粉、海苔粉、芝士粉等,選擇豐富。個人最鍾意梅粉,酸酸地又開胃。麻辣鴨血:醬汁好辣好過癮,醒胃前菜!飲品方面,點左珍珠奶茶,特別有種伯爵茶底香。另一杯黑糖珍珠鮮奶都唔錯,珍珠Q彈,又有焦糖味。
