竟然在銅鑼灣Fashion Walk高地段內…可吃到只需$398的全18品Omakase!!!午餐18品的廚師發辦內容豐富,基本上的刺身,壽司甚至炸物等,都包羅萬有,非常適合不喜歡單一的朋友~雖然價格貼地但套餐中均有幾款出品令人有記憶點!! 【磯煮鮑魚伴肝醬鮑魚】鮮甜並燉至軟熟入味,加上少許飯粒把濃郁肝醬輕鬆吃掉.【海膽甜筒】用上北海道馬糞海膽,新鮮帶甜.猶如甜筒的脆餅非常香脆,既打卡同時口感得宜.招牌出品的【飄雪鵝肝吞拿魚壽司】非常特別!師傅把凍身的熟成鵝肝在客人面前刨成碎粉,散落於赤身上.入口充滿紅酒香氣與魚肉混和,有驚喜!另外【沙嘴魚天婦羅】也挺出色,炸粉夠薄魚肉嫩滑,簡單調味已不錯.可能食客多廚師未能多以溝通,而且時間限於90分鐘內就要迎接下一輪食客.但這個價格已能夠有多重享受,也不能挑剔太多,性價比不錯~
