喺香港要搵好嘢食講真係唔難嘅,但係要搵好嘢食得來又有親切感嘅餐廳就好少。我鍾意食鐵板燒嘅原因係如果坐吧枱可以睇到師傅煮嘢食,甚至可以同師傅交流,但當然有時啲師傅會比較cool一啲,不過今日嚟到呢間鐵板燒,師傅個個都好友善,除咗主動介紹用料食材之外,有陣時我有啲問題佢哋都會好耐心解答,師傅仲教我點樣炒一碟靚炒飯,真係好鬼Nice。講真有陣時食飯其實都唔係淨係食啲餸菜,更加重要嘅係成個過程嘅experience。呢度嘅食物水準好高,淨係食日本生蠔已經覺得物超所值,第一次食長崎縣嘅生蠔,個鮮甜味真係一試難忘,最緊要係當個aftertaste留喺個味蕾度,我竟然唔捨得佢走。仲有個巨型虎蝦令人難以忘懷,師傅將啲蝦腳都煎埋成為咗蝦餅,我選擇咗將蝦餅夾住紫蘇葉一齊食,真係非常好食!另外今日個甜品真係冇得輸,首先有兩粒黃豆粉蕨餅,然後仲有一個超級smooth嘅綠茶布甸,食完真係非常滿足。仲有記得唔好Miss佢哋嘅漬物,係自家製嘅,我唔講咁多,大家細心試吓幾種漬物嘅味道,睇吓分唔分到甜酸苦辣?係好有趣嘅組合。超級surprise嘅仲有佢地嘅吸物,奶白色嘅魚湯非常真材實料,嚟呢度唔係淨係食主菜嘅,配菜樣樣

如果唔想坐吧枱,有張四人枱係270度全海景,儲夠四個人嘅話,可以考慮book呢張枱!
