To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天工作來到荃灣廣場,路過「牛角次男坊」,之前見勁多人排隊,今天可能時間尚早,不太多人,一於食個燒牛丼。餐廳是快餐店形式,先排隊買票,再由服務員送餐,自己取水,座位寬敞舒適。餐廳主打即叫即燒燒肉,主要有燒牛丼、燒豚肉丼和鰻魚丼《牛角次男坊丼》(美國肩脊肉) $93每個飯都配一碗味噌湯,牛肉疊到像一個小山丘,視覺效果震撼,感覺需要花點功夫才砌成,其實下面是用芽菜和飯堆砌。牛肉片薄長,8成是瘦肉,2成肥肉,我選了牛角甜燒汁,味道不錯。
