To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於荃灣的次男坊,是日本燒肉連鎖店牛角旗下的新品牌。有别於傳統牛角的仼食燒肉路線,次男坊主打即叫即燒燒肉丼,一人一份燒肉定食哦。是日是2019年1月1日,新一年的第一天,要展開豐盛的一年,當然要吃得豐富一點吧。餐廳採用快餐店形式,先取飛排隊,然後入舖進食。位置舒適,地方闊大,由服務員送餐,自行取水。次男坊丼$88每個丼飯勻配味噌湯,飯底則可配次男坊辛辣燒肉汁或經典牛角甘甜燒肉汁。視覺效果震撼的牛角次男丼,賣相超吸引阿。重達500g的牛肉片,堆砌成富士山狀,採用美國牛肩胛肉,肉片薄長,八成瘦肉兩成肥膏,大火炒起,邊位燒焦,牛味濃郁,焦位香囗,不過這次燒得過火,使肉質有點乾柴。豚肉丼$78相比起牛肉丼,豚肉丼的賣相更吸引我哦。豚肉片份量同樣驚人,砌成漂亮的花花形狀,基乎每倍客人都拍照打卡呢。採用丹麥豚肉,肉質柔軟,富帶嚼勁,燒後有濃香炭燒味,惹味非常,個人認為豚肉軟牛肉美味。米飯偏為黏糯,雖然並不圓潤,但味道甘甜,搭醋醬汁,超美味阿。
