To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日有個朋友生日,佢想食燒肉同埋未試過牛角就諗住一齊去試吓啦。聽人講呢間店好多人排隊,所以我哋就做咗少少去排隊,結果我哋6位都等左一個鐘先入座。入到去見到啲價錢都真係幾乖,因為佢一疊可能得六九,所以我哋就決定叫咗一個牛嘅套餐咁佢入面呢就有唔同部份嘅牛。再加上叫咗啲豚肉因為呢一啲會比較平,咁啲牛嚟到啦見到個賣相都唔錯嘅,咁但係每次得好少,所以我哋就食得唔係太飽。雖然個味道其實係OK,但係如果要食飽嘅話都真係要叫好多,所以價錢都真係好唔化算。
