To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係奧運商場行街,想喺附近試吓新嘅餐廳,呢個地方裝修都似Soho 區,每間餐廳都好有個性。佢哋雖然主要係西班牙食物及小食,但都有一D 特別的fusion 菜,好似刺身蝦配香辣紫蘇青檸汁,個汁因為有幾種材料混合,口感層次豐富,只有小小辣,配合刺身蝦完全食出另類風格。多士拼盤感覺抵食,$108 有4款多士,只係計鵝肝及巴馬火腿都已經值呢個價錢,其餘兩款就好似買一送一咁樣,4款入面我最鍾意蟹肉沙律多士,因為少許濕潤配乾嘅多士更加夾。串燒的選擇都算多,有時花多眼亂都唔知揀邊樣,最後試吓雞膝軟骨及雞心,都唔錯。最後叫半份燒黑毛豬肋排,肥瘦適中,仲好juicy ,有水準。食小食梗係配埋酒精飲品,佢哋嘅酒都好多款式,Ka shin street 飲落好fresh ,酒精唔算多,幾有特色。
