今晚好友帶我去一間她十分喜愛的西日居酒屋,餐廳將西式同日式料理fusion得恰到好處,挺有驚喜。和牛壽喜燒黑松露燉飯二人套餐,用咗岩手縣同澳洲和牛西冷,肉質嫩滑得來入口即化,配上濃郁的壽喜燒汁,美味可口。吃完壽喜燒之後店員幫忙整黑松露燉飯,飯粒吸收咗黑松露忌廉,令到口感軟滑,亦吸收了壽喜燒嘅甜鹹精華,香氣撲鼻之餘每一口都creamy 軟轜,令人食指大動。關東煮湯底清而不淡,蘿蔔同魚蛋入味到一個點,暖胃又暖心。唐揚爆谷雞口感外脆內嫩,咬落去「卡滋卡滋」,份量多到同朋友share都夠晒滿足。燒和牛牛舌又係另一個亮點,烤得香氣四溢,肉質彈牙,點少少自家製辣醬,令整體味道提升不少。雪糕梳打清新解膩,氣泡同冰涼嘅感覺好refreshing菠蘿水果茶帶點熱帶風情,酸甜平衡。整體來講,餐廳無論食物定氣氛都好有心思,係一個同朋友chill食飯嘅好地方。
