今日去食西式廚師發板喎,平時我同佢食得好野多啦,睇下佢今次又點先。藍鰭吞拿魚沙律,上面仲有魚子醬。兩者配搭嘅理念都係以鮮為主。-白松露醬北海道帶子刺身。意大利白松露醬味道濃郁,吃罷只有松露餘香。-北海道牡丹蝦刺身個蝦砌左心形幾sweet,蝦本身都甜嘅黑松露野菌湯。以為頭先松露已經濃?依家上面仲有塊意大利黑松露片。湯係25 種菇blend出泥㗎喎。聞就幾香啊。有柚子味雪葩。係自家製雪葩泥,味道幾清新,唔artificial嘅,我都幾鍾意呢個。到main course 香煎深海鱸魚。外皮幾香脆嘅,size都大份燒越南海虎蝦,火侯尚算適中,肉質亦算帶點爽口吧皇室甜品,重點好似係自家製紫薯雪糕啊,不太甜,還是可以的,但總覺剛才的雪葩更好twinings啲茶不嬲好飲唔洗多講
